Registration fees

 

Registration includes full access to the opening ceremony, meeting activities, conference materials, coffee-breaks, five days at the hotel (from August 21th to 26th; breakfast, lunch and dinner included), transfer* airport-hotel-airport, one-day excursion to Ouro Preto and the farewell dinner. 

 

Registration is not complete until payment is made and accepted. Each registration allows submitting only one abstract as a first author.

 

Registration is limited to 200 delegates.

Early registration up to May 9th.

Late registration from May 10th to August 14th.

All values are shown in US Dollars (USD), with a exchange rate of January 2016. A 10% discount is offered for up to 80 latin american delegates (limited to 40 spots for students). The discount applies only for early registration. 

 

If you have a brazilian credit card, you can finance your purchase in up to 3 payments, if payment is due before June 20th. You can finance your purchase in up to 2 payments if payment is due before July 20th. After July 20th, registration must be done with a single payment.

 

If you want to save money, please book a double or triple room (at your preference). Our travel agency will make sure to find suitable people, so you can share a room and pay less. After registration is over, we will provide a full home list, so you will be able to change your roomates.

 

 

* Shuttles are from and to the Confins International (Tancredo Neves) Airport.
